  Dr Charlton suggested to implant a crown and we did so, but while I had the temporary crown he placed, I started having signs of an infection. Rather than waiting with the temporary crown as I suggested, he rushed and implanted the permanent crown. That was a VERY BAD DECISION. I called the office a few days later to ask for a prescription for antibiotics. They asked me to go to the office. Where Dr Charlton told me that I needed a root canal. Then HE CHARGED ME $86 FOR TELLING ME THAT HE HAD SCREWED UP AND ASKED ME TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT IN HIS OFFICE THAT WOULD COST ME $200!! Obviously I left... When I sent a polite letter explaining that I didnt think I should be charged, his answer was to SEND ME AN ADDITIONAL BILL with no justification.
  
  IN SUMMARY, HE NOT ONLY WAS NEGLIGENT, HE IS ALSO A CROOK AND A BULLY. My advice to you? keep your hand on your wallet while you are there, particularly if you are sedated ;) This is an angry review but believe me, it is completely justified
